Now Hiring - Sales Support Assistant (Rocklin) in Rocklin, CA

Taiga Building Products, Canada’s largest wholesale distributor of building products is looking for Sales Support Assistant which is a full-time opportunity to join at Taiga’s Rocklin CA branch immediately. An ideal candidate would be self-driven and work with minimal supervision, as well as able to prioritize tasks and issues as they are received and complete them in a timely manner.

The primary focus of this position is to support the sales representatives and reception relief.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Backing up Sales in a Sales role
• Order entry / data entry
• Freight prorations
• Managing Lowe’s and Home Depot orders
• Creating and maintaining work orders
• Collecting and sending auditor requests
• Back up phone answering
• Back up misc. admin

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 1-year related experience in Administration or Reception
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player as well as an individual go-getter
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional in appearance
• Detail oriented and quick learner
